Furkan Movement is in Erbain!
As members of the Furqan Movement, we have determined this year as the year of "INCREASING WORSHIP", as we think we need it and to set an example for our Muslim brothers and sisters who have forgotten Allah or feel ashamed of Him in this regard, at a time when the century is drifting towards darkness.
We are adding the wisdom we think we need as a new addition to the research and advisory practices we have carried out throughout the year regarding the year's target.
Erbain; It is the 40-day period during which the worshipers eat very little and spend most of their time in worship and dhikr. We are entering into a 40-day spiritual program because it is the year of increasing prayers.
In this 40-day period, we hope to realize a spiritual revolution by once again taking into account our duties to God and our own servitude, along with the routine flow of life, and by concentrating more on prayers within the program.
If we were to list a few of the things we want to pay attention to in Erbain, the first thing we would say is; It means eating less, talking less, sleeping less, praying more and always being in a state of sadness.
Because the situation our Ummah is in, the deplorable state of our youth and the difficult times we are going through as the Islamic Movement should lead us to increase our prayers and grieve. In this way, we hope that God's help will come. We also know that; Our respected Hodja and our brothers are currently spending their time in prison with worship, a lot of prayer and reading. Even if we are outside, we want to be like that and live in the same atmosphere as them.
And we know that; Those who do not have good devotion and worship to Allah will not be able to achieve victory in the struggle. That's why we aim to be like the Companions, the stars of the earth, trained by the Messenger of Allah, by determining our slogan as "Sister of the Night, Mujahid of the Day; Just Like the Companions".
We pray to God that this program will be beneficial for all our Muslim brothers and sisters, and we hope that our brothers will strive towards the goal set for these 40 days and complete it without a break.
What does Erbain mean?
The 40-day period during which dervishes eat very little and spend most of their time in worship and dhikr is called erbain (solvation).
In order to reduce material ties and strengthen the spiritual side in these 40 days, it is necessary to eat less, drink less, talk less, sleep less, and worship more for forty days.
How to Be in Erbainde?
• The person first makes the intention and performs ablution; He tries to purify his mind and heart from worldly concerns.
• The person in Erbain sleeps as little as possible. (Whenever he gets sleepy, he tries to distract himself by performing ablution, reciting his prayers and daily prayers.)
• A person spends his life fasting as much as possible. In addition, he gradually reduces his eating habits. (In order to get the desired result from the Erbain, it is important to get used to hunger and keep the stomach empty.)
• While in Erbain, it is necessary to reduce worldly talk, not to talk unless there is a necessity, and to remain silent.
• It is necessary to constantly engage in dhikr and keep the mind away from unnecessary thoughts and emotions.
• A person should always do good deeds, but at the same time, he should continue his Islamic activities with sincerity without interruption.
• A person who goes to virtue should keep himself away from laughter and should be sad instead.
